One would think that Bilstein would have a solution by now - we are going on two years since the LC was released. On the plus side, I've found the OEM suspension to be quite good both on and off-road.

Probably Bilstein sees low demand right now compared to collar/spacer lift kits and the dozen or so other shock/spring setups available. When the OEM suspensions start wearing out, Bilstein (and others) will likely release more product.

I was at the Mint400 last weekend and Bilstein had a booth in the pits. I asked the rep there if he had a timeline on options for the LC250 or 6th Gen 4Runner, and he claimed that production had started. Sounded like Shock Surplus would be one of the first to get a set for testing. No firm timeline, but they are definitely moving forward with eventual release, and it sounded like sooner than later.

It makes sense if the USDM MY2027 LC250 has a trim with Bilstein suspension like the 4Runner that they are about to release that one first this year, and then start selling the aftermarket suspensions.

BilsteinRD, when will the 8100s be ready for the LC250? That's about the only shock truly worth upgrading to.

Are the kits on the AUS website actually being produced and sold yet? On the site there's no "Buy Now" option it just says "Contact us for a quote"?

Looks like Bilstein USA silently dropped some options via 5100 and 6112 series. I find myself a little underwhelmed after the long wait…
