Firearms, Hunting, Shooting Sports

I wish I could apply for a refund on my 1-2-3…. 21-22-23… ##, ##, ## $200 tax stamps. NFA=robbery.

I too am anxiously awaiting this. As good a time as any to see how effective a can can be on a 45-70 :sneaky:
Well let me know the results as I need one for this.

As long as you’re not in one of the 15 states with state legislation propagating the NFA “laws” you are now officially good to go. The DOJ ruled in favor of removing suppressors, SBSs and SBRs from tax stamp and filing restrictions as of yesterday.

Oh I have several already just don’t have one for the 45-70 yet so if you get one for yours before I get one let me know how well it does.

I am in one of the 15 states unfortunately. I never have and still won’t let a $200 stamp and wait stop me, so it’ll happen and I’ll let you know. I waited a couple years for Ruger to retool and begin bringing Remlins back to their former Marlin glory. Early this year I picked up an SBL and simply must accommodate those threads.
