Considering a 2010 LX 570

I have lots of experience with first gen sequoia, but first time venturing into LC/LX territory. It has 170k on it, but car fax doesn’t show any front end work (control arms, CVs, axle seals) or shocks being replaced. How long do you guys see these last on these rigs? I did all of this on the sequoia at about 20 years old but with under 135k on it.
