Don't get your hopes up - I've done the same, but haven't received a response. Regardless, I still think this is important to do, as they need to see the complaints.
Next, I'm going to give another dealership a try, and depending on their attitude towards this issue, I'll then try to communicate with Jeremie and Toyla at Corporate. Here are their contact details, should anyone else want to do the same:
Jeremie Smith - Public Affairs Manager

Tayla Hartley - Senior Corporate & Lifestyle Public Affairs Specialist

In case it helps you , suggest including a video of the noise. We all know how terrible it sounds. It does not look good for a high end brand new vehicle making such a god-awful noise. I wasted so many hours on the telephone trying to justify my position to only get get excuse after excuse. When I sent in a video (that I think they realized could be easily shared) everyone’s attitude changed completely. They went from trying to justify how I should just be patient to saying it was completely unacceptable and it would be fixed right away. There was just no defending the noise in a video. I also asked them to put it in writing that it was not affecting braking performance and it was not damaging the braking system.
Good on ya, mate – keep it going and best of luck!
