Me too! Dealer addressed the TSB and fixed the squeal. Score one for Toyota.

Any vehicle I've considered worthy of parking in my garage at home is far better off there unless it's absolutely imperative. My brakes are going to have to urgently speak to me. Even scream to warrant spending the night on a dealer's disorderly lot alongside a potential door-dinging disgruntled employee's car.Break squeal happened to you all the time or once a while? It happens to me once for a long time…so I just let it goes.
Hate to bring LC in the dealer…even a small thing, dealer all wanted to make big deal…gave me loaner car…kept 2-3 days so they can make $$$ over manufacture…”I slept without my lover in garage=I hate that”
Took my 1958 in yesterday, like the fifth time with no resolution from Toyota dealer or corporate Customer Support. Mine usually happens on first drive and is worse with humidity or rain. Have had lots of rain in Phoenix and the squealing in reverse was so screeching it caused my wife and neighbors to put their fingers in their ears. Asked about the TSB; he pulled it up online (mentioning the Sept 5, 2025 TSB date seemed to help make it real for the service guy). They were quickly able to duplicate the issue and have ordered parts; apparently parts are still rare and Toyota corporate reviews each case manually. Parts are supposed to be here within a month. Last time I was in (October), I didn't know about the TSB and the service manager said Toyota wouldn't do anything unless it was a daily occurrence documented by the service tech; this guy was much more helpful, so be persistent. If you have this issue, continue to fight to get it fixed. My 2024 $60K vehicle shouldn't sound like a salvaged 1987 Buick LeSabre.
FYI, I don't believe this is 100% correct. I took mine in a couple of weeks ago for the 30K service. I'd mentioned it at 25K and they had a record of itin the system. The service advisor said there was a 40 week backlog on the parts. Not sure how accurate that was but he did say (when I asked ) that since it's in the system (for my vehicle) that they'd replace the pads even if I was out of warranty. That is not likely to happen since I purchased the extended warranty as a peace of mind thing with all of the new tech. on the 250.
I'm having a similar problem with Toyota Kazakhstan. Just been there this morning to discuss the issue and show them the TSB, We were requested to fill in an official complaint form. The dealership has acknowledged that there is a Brake Squeal present, but will not act until someone further up the management chain has made a decision.

it can be moisture things after car wash or rainy day or light brake pedal…I just ignored it. I think it’s “normal”

How terrible the front brake noise happened to you (all) ? How many times or every single time you backup / reverse your LC ?
My honest answer: occurred 3-4 times during 16 months owned
Anyway,….blaming/whinning Toyota to have brand new brake pads —-> “Probably”
Dealers love to do it if they can so that they make $$$ through Toyota
