Hello Everyone,

I have owned my 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ95R 3.0cc TD for 22 years. This month it failed the MOT, Steering.

Transteering Steering Rack Inner End Joint - Part Number STTR006

Now to my issue...
My brakes are spongy, so I bled them last week, rear brakes first, then the fronts. Air was found in the rears, but not a lot.
The Pedal did seem a little firmer, but still spongy now. Is the Master Cylinder (Servo) leaking? Seals ?

What would you recommend ?

Thanks

Welcome to the asylum.

Iโ€™ll let other smarter people than me chime in. There are a few really bright ones here..
