Where can I buy these Bumper Cover/Guard covers in silver?

Back L: 52952-60050
Back R: 52951-60050

I can confirm that the Front is silver. The back L and R are associated with base and first edition models just like the front. All of the other part numbers online are associated with 1958.

Silver/Grey versions:
Front: 52411-0G030
Rear Driver: 52952-60050, TO1154100
Rear Passenger: 52951-60050, TO1155100

While off-roading in CO, apparently ripped off my passenger side silver rear bumper guard piece (photos below) This post has been very helpful and I just want to verify my parts to order and replacement procedure from the experts here.

Part # for the bumper guard - 52951-60050

Part # for the retaining clips (5 needed?) - 75392-35220

Thanks for taking the time to look and for any of you that have had to do this, please re-assure me that I have the right numbers. I'll use @EOD Guy 's process to re-install.

Your number for the garnish is good based on my research and my dealer’s parts counter.
