So my '25 LC Premo came with Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I'm thinking about running 35lbs cold air pressure. Any reason I should not bump it up a bit in an attempt to gain MPG? What cold air pressure are you running?

37 which ends up 39ish in the heat, but im going to lower it 2psi. It was delivered with 34psi. Until i reached about 2k miles, the mpg was much lower than expected, so i raised the pressures. If there was any gain in mpg it wasnt much (anecdotal, i dont obsess) -but did negatively effect the ride. Search the forum, others have done empirical studies on this topic regarding mpg.

35 psi with N2 ( At max goes 37). The OEM recommends for O2 at 33. Being a Harsh Climate, I went up +3psi.

35. Mine showed up with all the pressures set to 51 because I guess someone read what it said on the side of the tires

You should use the Toyo tire air pressure guide. Very informative and descriptive to the point where I almost fell asleep reading it. Jokes aside, it’s good information.

You can calculate the load your stock wheel and tire setup was at by looking at your door jam tire pressure placard. Then use the P metric chart to find the load that your OE(not the nittos) tire size and air pressure is. Then depending on what kind of tire your nittos are, LT or P, you can use the chart to find the same load rating and then air pressure.

Thanks for the comments. I should clarify, I'm not concerned as to the load rating. What I am most concerned about is if I run @ 35 lbs psi, will the tires wear more say in the middle vs. wearing even across the tread.

I DO like the feel of the ride with tires at 35 vs 33psi

Chalk test is the answer, but not really necessary if you just want to run 35 wear will be fine.
