This is what you can expect, psi isn’t going to help much. Only thing that’s going to help is a long range fuel tank which there are none yet.

At this rate of MPG discussion I think probably it is easier to just get one of these dual NATO Jerrycan mount on the roof rack. 40 addition liters of gas can get you keep running for 200-250 miles

Respectfully, I think you're giving law makers WAY too much credit.
Man-made laws are different from real laws, (like the law of gravity for example), and should be viewed as such. If the man-made law says the speed limit is 60, and you're doing 60 when everyone else is trying to do 70, and 70 is a perfectly reasonable speed, then you're just being an obstacle. When you're an obstacle on the road, the law of reciprocity takes over. The law of reciprocity says that what you put out to the world comes back to you. So if you're being an obstacle on the road, don't be surprised if other drivers return your level of "courtesy" or "respect" with the odd middle finger.
Can't wait to hear you tell the cop that pulls you over for speeding "I only obey real laws!" and give them the middle finger.
That WOULD be funny, though I'm not sure it would make my ticket price go down.
Funny story, many years ago, my little old Grandmother once got a ticket for rolling a stop sign on Christmas eve. When she protested because it was Christmas eve, and the officer said he still had to do his job, she said, "I hope Santa Clause shits in your stocking!" 
Humour aside, my real point was that being courteous and respectful costs nothing, and I wish more drivers realized that. Some days, I just wanna drive slow and take in the scenery. When I do, I PULL OVER for vehicles approaching from the rear and let them pass, rather than expecting them to go the speed I'VE chosen for them.
It costs me nothing, and is just the right, courteous thing to do.
Conversely, this rule does not apply in urban settings or interstates. That rule is go with the flow of traffic. Anything else is righteous selfishness.

Funny that is the same reason these God Damn kids told police when they were surrounded at a cross-section doing side show and aimlessly shooting their hand guns to the sky - Everybody else all doing it, I am just following the real law.
If you want to talk about the “real law”, that is whoever drives bigger car rules. How do you think that petty middle finger will do to a 18-wheeler driver on a slope driving at 40 mph?
Remember, being courteous and respectful to the law of the people always trump to the ones breaking the law. I do not feel slightest guilt to whatever “law” these law-breakers think they are following.

So the rule is to go with traffic...in a whiteout...into a pileup? Right.
