TPMS set up for new wheels/tires from another LC

I have yellow low tire warning and "setting wheel position while driving" message.

When I was shopping for a second set of wheels and tires, there were many posts complaining that OEM TPMS modules were very expensive. I can understand why that would be a downer for those buying wheels/tires where the TPMS had been removed.

I bought four new in box Toyota wheels on the secondary market and one matching from the dealer so I knew there were no TPMS included- I believe I paid just under $80 per TPMS through the dealer with some negotiation.

Tire shop will charge me $150 to remove the original TPMS' from 20"s and install them into new 18" wheels. Seller apologized and sent me $75 via PayPal. He is pretty far away for me and I chose not to drive over there to return the wheels. Initial price for the set was reasonable($750) so I got new rims and tires.
Interesting thing- I drove on new 18" FE style wheels for couple of hundred miles and my mileage improved for about 2 mpg. I wonder if it is because 18" rims are about 12 lbs lighter? And ride is definitely better on my bumpy country roads.

I found the same in terms of ride on 18" compared to 20". I went with a larger tire, so any mileage improvements from weight savings was a wash based on the taller/wider rubber meeting the road.
