Somehow I got a freaking Allen key stuck in my rear tire. Took it to a shop and they said that tire is a total loss. Currently waiting on Tire Rack warranty to approve my claim before I replace it. ATM I got my spare on so I’m not stressing too much about this.
Any of you bought or used a TPMS relearn tool that you can recommend? When I used to have a ford they had the cheap $10 devices on amazon to make the car relearn the sensor. I can’t seem to find something similar for Toyota.

This is what I used to use for ford.

Confused, as your spare TPMS is already registered from factory.
If you have a new TPMS sensor you don’t need a tool. Just go into settings & select ‘register’ the sensor, & then drive vehicle. Pretty sure you can learn 2 full sets of tires.

Sorry I might have miss worded it. Due to me swapping the spare to the rear passenger side. The cruiser keeps throwing alerts that the rear passenger tire needs to be inflated. It’s not picking up that it got swapped out.

I will give that a shot thanks.

That’s a good one. So you need to unregister the flat tire’s TPMS…

Maybe time for MacGyver work-around
  • Relocate the flat tire far away from the LC so no RFI.
  • Then try to register the remaining 4 tire TPMS as a new (set #2) ???

Edit - Also found this forum post that might help:

Thank you for that! I was wondering why it kept booting me from the menu.
