I ordered the Toytec 1.5” Front leveling Spacer Kit. TAC4-15. Called to check on status of shipment and they are now back ordered until October even though website still says low stock. My new wheels and tires are ready to be installed. Ugh! Anyone know of any dealer who has them in stock? I know they sold a bunch to dealers. Just hoping to get one so I can get the new 35” shoes on. Thanks!

Toytec has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is amazing to me that it is not brought up more often.

David from Toytec Lifts here - just stumbled across the forum and thread.
Firstly I do want to apologize on behalf of what has happened with the lack of inventory, parts knowledge, lack of transparency and lack of respect for our customers. As someone that did work here previously for about 10 years, building the customer service team, working closely with our vendors and hand to hand with our customers, it disappoints and frustrates me to see these types of posts.
My job here is to monitor directly the inventory levels of products, ordering, etc along with helping with online sales and service.
