Toyota dashcam memory card access

Anyone know how to access the memory card on the oem dashcam?

It seems like it should be obvious, use your finger where it says pull. I pulled down and away from the unit but it doesn’t move and I don’t want to break it

Any pointers?

I don't have the dashcam but if it's a Micro SD card, usually you have to push them in first to get them to release.

Just pull hard, the piece that says pull on it, comes out all as one piece with the SD card in it… just pull harder than you feel like you should
