Hello all in the UK Talk about a small world my friends Dad works at Toyota Derby checking cars in off the transporters and sent his son photos of the new LC s one dark grey and one blue which must be a FE this stands a good chance of being mine Blue FE or is that wishful thinking

Hi All, new to the forum but have had a read through alot of helpful messages in UK focused threads.

I had my deposit taken for an Invincible at the beginning on May. I've had various updates from the dealer regarding arrival.. September, then October, now December. But its all beginning to sound like a load of fluff. I have the VIN, and also various stock & order numbers and after contacting Toyota Customer Relations they have told me the vehicle is on board the ship HEROIC LEADER and the ETA for it to be delivered to the centre is Feb 25.

Anyone else still waiting and experiencing a lot of inaccurate details?

If you have read a bit of this part of the forum you will see that (1) you can track the ship on the Marine Tracker App (2) the vehicle carrier will dock at Bristol (3) it seems to take as long as the 21/28 day voyage from Japan for the vehicles to get to the dealers via Toyota in Derby once they arrive in the UK

I would have thought if they dock in mid Dec then an arrival at the dealers by late Jan is not unrealistic

With the First Editions the info flows from the dealers were not good but so far (aside from some of the spec being below what the US vehicles have as standard and some towing issues ) they seem great vehicles and some of the teething problems inc with accessing the car insurance market have been ironed out

I’m off for a 1000 mile trip up to some better countryside in Scotland for a play from tomorrow so will feed back thoughts next week

Keep the faith - you should have your toy in Q1/25

Good to know about the lead time to the dealer after they dock. This does sound like a realistic timeframe in that case, so thats reassuring.

Hi Nikon if you’ve got the vin and the name of the ship your safe it will come and you can track the ship on the web I’ll have a look now

The Heroic Leader is on its way to Spain at the moment theres no eta at present for Bristol (UK) if you just google Heroic Leader vessel it will come up

ETA 11 Dec in Sagunto in Spain and seems to be sailing from Toyohashi - suspect your vehicle was manufactured in the other supposedly more prestigious factory - our FEs have “K” as the 11th character in the VIN - suspect your VIN will have a different character

As you can see it can all get quite geeky when you are waiting for the vehicles arrival and looking at the icon showing the ship sailing across the globe from Japan becomes compulsive as is working out which factory built it ……..

Great info guys, just looked it up says ETA to Spain Sagunto is Dec 11. This is much better info then the toyota app provides at least.

The VIN i have also has a K is there a good vin lookup tool that you guys can point me to?

My best guess is the following
LB20 - black leather trim code based on the bulletin i have
Black - black seats or black accents
ISFWht - Interior Stitching Fabric white?
LSBk - Lower Section/Seat Black?
Exmo - Exclusive Model?
