Stock-like Auxliliary Switch Panel

Awesome work!
I integrated a flashlight charger into my panel which I’m liking at the moment, but after cutting a hole in it I kept thinking “no going back now!”

Will definitely purchase once I get something switch-worthy

Thanks for the support! I can send some switch blanks as well if you want to add switch-worthy add-ons one by one.

Just received mine, excellent fit in finish A+

I’m gonna need a detailed write up on the install from EOD guy before I tackle this. Also need to get some more lights and air compressor wired up first so I don’t have to keep pulling everything apart

There's no need for a detailed write up........... as easy as it gets!

There are 3 fasteners holding the trim panel in place. I start on the R/H side with a trim tool and pry up that edge, then insert the "L" side of the trim tool, work around to the other two and the panel pops straight out. Reuse the 3 orange fasteners........ done.

I was actually referring to running the trigger wires from the engine bay to that location, but thanks for the pics!

@SkookumOffroad can you make an alternate version with a storage cubby where those 3 buttons are? I have filled the other 3 blank locations I have and that's all I want in the short term. Just looking for another spot to put junk.

Good call! I'll definitely do that too.
Did you ever decide to make the blank switches? I need to add a switch for a cell booster right now but I'll add lights later so I'd need 3 blanks but i don't see any option on your listing.

@SkookumOffroad - Been following this thread and excited about this product for my LC’24. Just placed an order for the Aux panel, can you include some blanks as well too? Will send a photo once installed !

Does anyone know of a video or written instructions showing how to run a wire from a new switch in this area of the center console into the engine compartment? I've found details for where the pass-through is on the driver's side,, but I'm wondering if I'll be able to fish the wire through the seam where the console meets the firewall carpet.

If you remove the trim/switch panel just below the A/C controls and the Dvr's side lower dash panel, Dvr's side center knee bolster, 4WD knob panel. You can fish wires from the center console area into the lower dash area. I have about 12 total run through that area.

Thanks, this is very helpful. What is the symbol on the manual diagrams that looks like a triangular grid?

I see another option for the switch I want to add (to turn on/off my rodent-repelling sonar chirper and engine compartment strobe lights) that would be more convenient to use when I'm standing outside. That space is the blank spot at the left side of the center row in the attached photo 120v switch. If that space has no switch, does that mean there will be space behind it to add a new switch?

Added later: I see in your build thread that you added a switch in that spot. Any issues doing that?

Thanks.

Correct, Switch blanks are where higher level trims have switches so there is a space behind the blank.
