Sticky Fab, no response, low speed to stopped, WTH?

I live for these, "veteran owned" sob stories. They're all the same. Like, somehow you're supposed to give them a break for being terrible, as if serving is some disease or illness that gives them a built-in excuse not to send a simple email or a text/phone call back.
Being a Veteran owned business ime is more marketing more than anything else, it should not be an excuse for bad customer service, honestly, I think StickerFab biggest problem is there are not enough employees to handle the workload, the owner may have alluded to that here as well, but that has been my experience with the business.

I have had a positive experience with StickerFab and a very negative experience with its sister company 21 Offroad (ostensibly the same people), honestly when I reached out to the owner he was communicative, not instantaneously but he did get back to with with 24 hours each time.
Well that post was intended to focus more on the hardships of being a small business owner, rather than the “excuse” of being a veteran. All I was trying to express is that yes, it absolutely sucks to have such a bad experience with a company, and it’s frustrating, and I’m currently experiencing this with a different company, and I’m pissed about it for sure. However, that hasn’t been my experience with stickerfab specifically and I’m sure there are others who can say the same. You don’t know the circumstances that these guys are working with. Maybe they’ve already made it right and apologized? Maybe they didn’t and this truly is a f**ked scenario for the OP. I sincerely hope not, but we don’t know, do we?

But for the record, as a combat veteran, I try and support veteran owned businesses as much as possible. But that’s your opinion man.

Thank you for your service.

I am not a combat veteran and I too try and support small businesses whenever I can, veteran owned is a just a bonus.

The poor guy is in over his head.
When he states here he wishes he was working for someone else, well he is doomed.
