I did not even know that much about the company and I can see where being a small company is difficult, completely fair, but that is not the customers problem.I’ve dealt with these folks on a number of occasions now, and I certainly can’t act like all I know is diehard truth, but from what I understand these guys are veteran owned and operated, and it’s essentially a family business who started in a garage. Whether that’s true or not, they are obviously a small company busting their ass to keep up with demand. I understand that we all expect a quick turnaround from any company (who hasn’t already given a lead time), but in my experience with them, they answer as soon as they can. I have also been frustrated with them on one occasion but was a decal really worth any kind of negative feelings? Not really. I’d say just try to consider the fact that these cruisers are brand new so everyone is putting in orders for vinyl of decals or badges or mudflaps or whatever, and that in itself is a huge order for a small company, but now consider they’re working with a separate manufacturer overseas? The logistics of that alone make me tired. Maybe give em a little break and assume they’re doing the best they can. It’s not the end of the world guys.
I don't know what's going on with USPS, but my experience the last few months has not been good. My plates were mailed in mid-December and shipped via USPS, but did not arrive until the end of January. The plates just kind of seemed to get lost in the system. I'm not surprised to read or hear about others experiencing similar problems. We went a week without any mail delivery earlier this year. While the weather was bad for 2-3 days, it's like they just quit and gave up.Maybe, definite maybe,,,

That’s been my experience too, I don’t know anything of this sister company or alliexperess, but stickerfab may be slow sometimes but I’ve found that when I express concerns or frustrations they always make it right, even gifting me things I didn’t purchase.I did not even know that much about the company and I can see where being a small company is difficult, completely fair, but that is not the customers problem.
I have had two interactions with Sticker Fab and 21 Offroad (it seems that they are sister companies), one experience was positive and one was very negative, in both cases the company was communicative, so that is good, but in the case of 21 Offroad the product was subpar and seemed liked it might have been ordered off of Alliexpress and just dropped shipped to me, while the Sticker Fab order was far better in quality and even though the initial order had an issue, Sticker Fab made it right.
I didn't know that 21 Off-road and Sticker Fab were sister companies until I needed to reach out to 21 Off-road and it was the same telephone number that Sticker Fab uses. That’s been my experience too, I don’t know anything of this sister company or alliexperess, but stickerfab may be slow sometimes but I’ve found that when I express concerns or frustrations they always make it right, even gifting me things I didn’t purchase.
Gotcha, well hopefully they can streamline their process in the future, but definitely understand what these guys are pissed about. Oddly enough, I ordered I think that little cubby thing that goes on the passenger dash and then some emblems and the thing from china got here before stickerfab even sent me an email for tracking. As I’m saying this I’m realizing that’s the opposite problem than everybody else has here.I didn't know that 21 Off-road and Sticker Fab were sister companies until I needed to reach out to 21 Off-road and it was the same telephone number that Sticker Fab uses.
Alliexpress is like a Chinese Amazon and is known to sell cheap or less expensive stuff which is of variable quality.
I live for these, "veteran owned" sob stories. They're all the same. Like, somehow you're supposed to give them a break for being terrible, as if serving is some disease or illness that gives them a built-in excuse not to send a simple email or a text/phone call back.I’ve dealt with these folks on a number of occasions now, and I certainly can’t act like all I know is diehard truth, but from what I understand these guys are veteran owned and operated, and it’s essentially a family business who started in a garage. Well that post was intended to focus more on the hardships of being a small business owner, rather than the “excuse” of being a veteran. All I was trying to express is that yes, it absolutely sucks to have such a bad experience with a company, and it’s frustrating, and I’m currently experiencing this with a different company, and I’m pissed about it for sure. However, that hasn’t been my experience with stickerfab specifically and I’m sure there are others who can say the same. You don’t know the circumstances that these guys are working with. Maybe they’ve already made it right and apologized? Maybe they didn’t and this truly is a f**ked scenario for the OP. I sincerely hope not, but we don’t know, do we?I live for these, "veteran owned" sob stories. They're all the same.
