Snow Donuts - Lock Center Diff?

how can you not do donuts when you find snow and open parking lots
reminds of me getting out of college and moving to Michigan for first job (coming from Texas and seen snow for first time). Used to own a 89 TBird SC and the donuts in 1 inch fresh Michigan snow were just pure joy

EDIT: By the way, how do you even do donuts in an LC250? I’m used to pulling a parking-brake lever next to the gear shifter, but the LC250 only has an electronic parking-brake button.

Having mastered audi awd donuts on skid pad (after 30mins of understeering in straight lines like a fool) i can tell you weight transfer is the key if the vehicle is stubborn to dance. Wait for the weight to transfer in a fairly slow decelerating turn then nail the throttle to start the skid then feather to maintain. Enjoy

Got a good amount of snow recently and wanted to have a little fun. Found an empty parking lot, turned off traction control, and locked my center diff. Did a few donuts and called it a day. Went to turn off my center diff and it was already off, which made me wonder if I had forgotten to enable it or the car turn it off automatically.

If I want to do that again, if it harmful to lock the center diff doing snow donuts?
