I’m 6’4”, are these geared towards a tall or shorter audience? Will these also affect headroom? Made the mistake of going sunroof in my LC.

im 6'3" Definitely gave me more leg room without any headroom compromise. You have the option of two 1/2" stackers to equal 1" total. the 1" i found to be a bit too bucketseat for me.

Just a heads up, the bolts seat jackers supplied (me) are non flanged hex head -bit unhappy about bolts compared to the quality of the jackers themselves which are well made. The supplied bolt heads will limit the forward movement of the seat which will only affect short people really, or those needing to move the seat forward for clearance. They do mention this clearly on their website.
I've ordered a low profile head replacement from bolt supplier and will edit this if they clear the seat rails. Supplied Bolt size is M10-1.25 x50mm (10.9 strength & fine thread) for double stack installation.
Edit: i have LC LC premium pkg leather electric seats. Bolts i want in 10.9 are more difficult to find than anticipated.

2nd Edit: i found bolts that clear the seat rails but they are not the correct grade. I'll use these until i can find the Grade 8 (10.9) equivalent. Found this which is 10.9 strength: M10X1.25 Fine Allen Button Head 12.9 + 10.9 ISO 7380-1

No, I have the LCLC. It has the softex electric seat, I think they have different mechanisms.

Just installed these and used just the 1/2” but feel like after a week I might try using both shims. The difference is more noticeable depending on seat position and the thigh extension. I’m only 6’ but like to ride high and forward.

Kinda how I felt at 6'3". I ended up just using the 1/2". Its worked out well, but occasionally i wonder "what if i had done both" HAHA

I’m with you on this. The seat jacker kit is good, just seemed a little unfinished.
The bolts that come with it should be flange head like the factory ones.

I picked up Dorman M10 1.25 50mm 10.9 flange head bolts to replace the ones that come with the kit.


Also, it also drove me nuts that you could see the carpet cut out under the seat rail. Dirt was just waiting to get in there.

So I 3-d printed some fillers that fit around the rear spacer pucks to make it look more finished. Much happier now.
