2025 Land Cruiser
My apologies if this has been asked and answered I'm new to these things. I bought a 2025 Land Cruiser last September and immediately the brakes screeched when backing up. The dealer said that has been an issue and they ordered the parts. It's been a very, I call back all the time and was finally told to reach out to Toyota Brand Engagement. Basically was told it's been documented and they closed my case. Is everyone with this issue waiting over a year to get their $75K vehicle repaired? I'm beyond frustrated with Toyota. (I previously had a 4Runner for 11 years and loved it but hated the body style of the new ones) This will be my last Toyota.

Please for the love of gods old and new use the search bar. Thanks!

Search. Bar. Indeed. Has. The. Answer!

If you gotta preface with “I apologize of this has been asked or answered before,” you should try and convert that into a statement of fact. Example: “I searched but could not find an answer to this question.” If you did that in this instance your first statement would be a factual statement acknowledging that an answer has thus been given, and you couldn’t truthfully state the second.

Still working towards that Snickers bar to find myself. Yes, Snickers bar is code for Col. Taylor on a rock.

If you're one who wrenches on your own vehicles, there's a ~$10 fix a few of us have tried and had good luck with.
