Yes, I do not know. Just many people on here during the winter discussing how idling this engine in cold weather is very bad for it. Somone posted a video of Toyota mechanic I believe explaining how the oil does not fully coat the pistons or something like that. I am no expert. But I did reduce the idling time and moved off the driveway staying at slower speeds. Whatever I read on here convinced me to follow the advice. Again this was for very cold temps

I don’t recall seeing any of those threads. Could you please post a link to a thread where many people discuss it is bad for the engine to let it warm up in cold weather.

Is the remote start from the Toyota Connect app. subsciption based. As mine says valid for two years from date of activation. My Q Is this service renewable?
