Rear Wiper Arm?

Perhaps a silly question but does the rear wiper arm fold back? Other vehicles I have had do, with some force but I don't want to force and break it. Appreciate any insight. Thanks! (Pic for attention)

I don't think they flip up, though I'd be happy to be told I just need to try harder.
It's pretty annoying when cleaning the rear glass.

In my experience with Toyota, the rear arm doesn't release to fold back 90 degrees.

The cover at the hinge opens up, allowing you to fold out the wiper

There’s some YouTube videos out there, instructing you on how to raise it and remove the wiper so that the rubber inserts can be replaced. Search is your friend. I believe it’s the same process for the RAV4 and some other models.
