1966 fj45
I have a 1966 fj 45. I’m restoring. The passenger rear wheel does not turn when lug nuts are tight. Everything is new. I swapped break drums. I swapped rims. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Wrong forum, but are your brake shoes installed backwards on that side? There is a gap in pad material on one side of each shoe and they are to face away from each other so you have two small gaps vice one large.

If that’s not it maybe the drum is contacting the shoe when bolted down, wrong drum or shoes for the year?

I’d ask over on IH8MUD forum is you haven’t already.

Thank you. I’m new. I’ll try the other forum. I’ve switched everything from the drivers side to the passenger side no difference
