How does the width and height of the step compare to the predator steps?

I have them, love the look and functionality. Have a home on The Outer Banks. No problem on the beach even when aired down.

How does the width and height of the step compare to the predator steps?

The predator step will be about four to six inches lower at step in if I had to guess. Step sliders like these are wider for the full length of the rocker rail.

My LC had them as a port-installed add on. They are nice for easy in and out of the vehicle, but I wasn't thrilled with the look, and they seemed like a liability off road. So after living with them for six months, I swapped them out for Greenlane rock rails- much better look (IMHO), function as a step, and more robust protection for the limited off-roading I do; It was a win-win all around (well, ignoring the $$ for the rock rails).

I too bought the Greenlane aluminum rock sliders, I like the fact you can reach the middle of the windshield when cleaning, and the roof is easier to reach as well!
