New wheels and pizza cutters

I am confused about mention of "pizza cutters".
Tall skinny tires, resembling rotary-blade pizza cutter

Those look skinny but not very tall though. Size?
34X10.5x17 but they definitely are short like most of the BFG's ive had
I’m waiting to hear back from FN wheels on the projected eta for their wheels. If memory serves me correctly they have some 17” wheels coming stateside with a 34mm and 40mm offset depending on which styles make it onto the shipping container.
They have a hub bore of 95.1mm and have been designed around the larger diameter rotors/calipers for better clearance.
High Offset Wheels (>=than 40mm)
But that doesn't make it the best wheel for a 250. Someone better tell the racing team that is building a Dakar rally LC250 in Japan that they picked the wrong Rays ALAP wheels!
