They are fine. I did notice that they are stiffer then the stock tires and you'll feel the bumps a little more than the stock tires but knowing that I have tires that won't get punctured as easily on trails and less roll in turns is great for me.

These look great! The center caps, where did you get those? They look much better than the standard Toyota logo.
Just about any Toyota online parts outlet.

Are all 5 caps the same color? The center one looks bronze and the other four look silver...
My FE is black and the stock bronze color wasn't a good match, so I painted the 4 caps with some darker metallic paint. The 5th is a spare.

Typo, they don't make these in a 265/75R18.
I apologize for the misinformation. These are 265/70R18 E load KO3s and I found them to be a bit stiff for my tastes and have since tried 275/70R18 SL, 285/65R18 SL, 34/10.5R17 D load and will be trying the latest soon which is 285/70R18 E load Toyo Open Country A/T III tires. I'll post pictures when I mount and balance them and have them on the truck after the snow goes bye-bye. Soon, hopefully.
