Hi everyone: New here, and to the Land Cruiser world generally. After a long wait, I finally was able to pick up my 2027 LC this week. I have to admit my excitement was tempered a bit by yesterday's recall notice, but I really do like the look and feel of this vehicle. Looking forward to hearing all your tips and advice.

I am loyal to Toyota, but definitely disappointed in regard to how they are handling the V35A engine disaster.

Totally get the womp womp feeling of buying a brand new vehicle and then immediately getting a recall, but I’ll try to reassure you by saying that while the issue is potentially really serious, the fix, whether you want to wait for Toyota to do it or just immediately sort it yourself, is quite simple.

Welcome and beautiful new truck. The 20" wheels with the Ridge Grapplers look excellent! Def get the buzz kill by the recall, but hopefully one dealer visit and you're back to enjoying the rig.
