For me, one of the biggest surprises is the LC 250 is a fantastic mixed use, all around, daily driver. The driving position, visibility, relative comfort, and maneuverability are all outstanding.
In addition, the suspension is great. Of course it is not as quiet or refined as a luxury SUV but it soaks up the big bumps much better.
Ironically, the hybrid is also superbly suited for rush hour stop and go traffic because you can run much of it purely on the battery. I have about a 25 mile round trip commute through infamous California traffic and I am disappointed if I don't get 28 MPG per trip.
On the flip side, it is super zippy in performance mode for short bursts so if I just want to have fun it is a blast. In know I am not alone because every time I see another LC 250 it is passing by me and the driver has a big smile on their face.
