LC250
A quiet moment with the LC250 in its natural habitat. Can’t beat that mix of fresh air, dirt trails, and a clean build.

Curious to see everyone else’s favourite outdoor shots of their LC.

I previously posed this pic on Reddit, but to reach more people and encourage sharing, I'd like to repost it here. Welcome all friendly discussions!:D

This is a rendering, not AI-generated. If everything goes as planned, we should have real-life photos later this month — the kind you guys prefer. Just sharing this now to build a bit of excitement in advance!

?. Not sure what it is you think we prefer?

Here is a real world example of a 1958 LC for sale in Colorado that one could buy and go on real life adventures with:

I’ll bite, out of genuine curiosity…

1) What about your rendered image, outside of unique color, is intended to “build a bit of excitement” in regard to what you have “planned” for “later this month?”

2) Why did you, rather obviously, use language that implies your image was authentic while being just vague enough to claim it was unintentional if confronted? I can quote numerous examples of deceptive text, it isn’t as clever as you think, but I refrain.

You know what I think after visiting your website? You’re out of touch with the community you are trying to reach. Land Cruiser enthusiasts own an authentic vehicle, from an authentic brand. We expect authenticity. Speaking for myself here, I much prefer images of dirty, stock 1958s on pizza cutters and with a puppy photobombing the perfect shot than some virtual rendering that provided no emotion or application (authenticity).

TLDR: Go back to the (virtual) drawing board and/or Reddit.

But this is none of those things - it's imaginary. Is the color nice? Sure, if you like green, but what's the point? What "excitement" are you building? For what? Is there a product? Is there a mod you're promoting?

To me, this is like the Jaguar ad...pointless.

This is why the ignore feature is so valuable on a forum like this!

Think of this as a little preview. I'm taking notes on your thoughts-- next post will be better.
