Land Cruiser TRD Pro - WHEN?

Yeah, the "TRD" stuff isn't on-brand for the Land Cruiser, regardless of whether you're talking about a 250/Prado, 300, or 70 series.

As similar as the US Land Cruiser 250 is to the 4Runner, I definitely appreciated the more understated look of the LC...it's not quite the "stealth wealth" type of vehicle that the old 200 series was, but still falls much more into that category than the more aggressively styled 4Runner.

I don't see an advantage of a TRD version of a LC. My LC has everything the TRD pro has with the exception of the weird seats. It'll just be a badge to be able to charge more. I can also see them stopping production of the 1958 fairly soon. They're not selling well at all compared to the LC trim.

I am sort of expecting mud bath and maybe Army green in the future. I think they would both look awesome on a LC…but I like them to look African.

I really wish they would ditch the loud seat patterns.

The pattern and blue interior in the '25 4R Platinum is especially appalling. Also the "TOYOTA" on the dash of some model Taco, 4R, and Tundra (?) is totally unnecessary.

Anyway, other than putting a n/a 6 or 6t in the LC, I hope they leave it alone... Though I am more pleased with the 4thyb that I ever expected to be.

They would look good at the beaches i want to start surf fishing at.
I can easily imagine pending allot more and not getting even that.
