So I just got my first oil change today at 1,750. I know but I wasn’t able to get it in at 1k. Anyway on the way home about 30 minutes the radio goes off and the instrument screen goes blank, except for the miles per hour, I also lost the heads up display. Has anyone seen this before? I’m taking it back to the dealer tomorrow morning it’s a real PTA since the dealer is over an hour away. The radio turned back on, but I couldn’t get the panel back on while driving. At home I turned off the LC waited a few minutes then restarted it again no change.

You had the oil change done at the dealer? Maybe it’s some kind of service mode that the tech forgot to revert back to normal?

This happened to me one day while driving home from Papa Murphy’s. Good pizza BTW! There’s a whole thread about it you’re not the first. I turned my phone on/off and updated the app and made sure it was connected to the LC. Also used fob to lock/unlock. It all went back to normal after 30 minutes or so parked at home, about the time to eat the pizza, and has never come back.

Happened to me and it was related to the App. It goes into a Guest profile when it doesn't detect your phone, so it sucks if you configured your settings for one profile and not the Guest. I ended up uninstalling it and logically the issue never came back. Maybe it's gotten better, but no input there.

Update,
So it reset itself? I haven’t used or even downloaded the app so I’m sure it’s not related to that. Anyways I took it to the dealership so they could check for codes, and of course there wasn’t any. On a good note the advisor was nice and polite, offered for me to come back anytime I have an issue. That’s great because I didn’t buy from them but a different dealer across the border in WA state, because they had the options and color I wanted.

Thanks for everyone that helped me out with this issue, much appreciated.

Regards
