66 miles. Had exact LC I wanted, better price than available locally.
About 50 miles. I had to use a dealer that gave me my employee discount.

My dealership is 37 miles from my house, but the LC was 270 miles away from them. They traded an allocation with a dealer in PA that had the exact color combo I wanted with PP and minimal PIO. I wanted to go with the salesman to pick it up, but my dealership wouldn't let me (probably a liability issue).

About 40 miles, other side of town. Went in to test drive a 1958 to make sure I liked the power train and put a deposit down on an LC. Someone ended up passing on an allocation while i was there though, so ended up getting exactly what I wanted same day.
10 minutes down the road.
Was also cross shopping a GX and the Lexus dealer I like is clear across town about 35 minutes drive.

I flew from St. Louis to Chicago( I used frequent flyer miles) and drove home, in pouring rain. But, this was back in September when they hard to find.
A local dealer had been very good, but Toyota’s updates showed the one I ordered taking weeks to slowly traverse from Portland (?) to North Dakota. I lost faith that it would arrive before I had to start traveling heavily again. I “gave up” the color I originally ordered and the Toyota dashcam. Ultimately, I think the color I got was better for me anyway and I love my FitcamX dashcam and thinks it’s much better than the OEM dashcam, so worked out for me.

5.44 miles from work to the stealership.
I flew from Durango to Phoenix and drove home about 475 miles. Local dealers had no inventory and did not have any arriving as soon as I wanted.
5 miles counting the side trip to the liquor store. (I had to. You know, for the "Christening".)
. Flew with my wife out to Phoenix, then drove back to DFW from Gilbert, AZ with Judah (our LC).
85 miles. The Toyota dealership 3 miles away had nothing.
Flew from Southern California to San Francisco, drove home that day. Dealer had the Land Cruiser we wanted $5k marked down during the hype of the launch. First trip was 450 miles.
