How do you transport your dogs in the rear seat?

I'm looking for recommendations on what to buy to maintain a clean interior for the times I have to transport our Bernedoodle when he's not in the wife's car.
I don't know how big your Berndoodle is going to get. A large Ruffland fits without having to put down the 2nd row. If you just have 1 dog, you can turn an XL sideways if he's bigger than a large. Keeps all the dog hair, dog drool, toe nail scratches out of your car while taking your pup with you. I replaced the carpet cargo mat with a rubber one, just in case but that hasn't been an issue. You do have to put the 2nd row down for the XL if you're putting a large in there as well.

Also want to add that you can recline the rear seats almost all the way with a Large slantback ruffland. Here’s a Large and an Intermediate (both suv/slantback).

I wish you’d make an actual second row seat cover for the LC. We bought a Kurgo seat cover for the second row but I really don’t like it. But that’s where the dogs prefer to ride 😫.
If we can find someone local here in Minneapolis to let us pattern their LC for a day, we could design one! but in the meantime, the second row looks VERY similar to the new 2025 4Runner - perhaps it would be a nice fit? Toyota 4Runner Bench Seat Cover

anyone with Ruffland Kennels.....is it possible fitting two of the large size side by side in the back? I currently have an XL that I have sideways in the back but we just got a new dutch shepherd puppy so I am upgrading to (2) larges. Debating if I can fit two with the side doors or if I need to just go with the front or front/rear doors. Also I would prefer not to have to put the second row down or put the seat backs vertical but would be open to the SUV slant back if it's necessary.
