Highest mileage J250

How does it perform with 91 Octane fuel?
Really more reactive to winter vs summer blend. I was doing about 21.5-21.7 summer blend mixed driving. Doing 20.1 now on winter blend in NJ 91/93 doesn't seem to change to much

New 7/4. 8100 miles today. 1st oil change at 7700. Premium fuel. 20 MPG with 265 KO3s, Prinsu Rack, and removed front air dams.
Just curious, what size rims do you have? I have a 2025 with 2100 miles on it and thinking of going to KO3's. I have the 20 inch tire set up with Dunlops. Curious how they look in what do you think of them on your LC.

WOW that's interesting about the fuel economy not sure what size tank you get over there we get a 29 gallon tank but we only have the option of a 2.8 liter Turbo Diesel engine - I can get 620 miles from a tank which is ok for touring but the previous model had a larger tank but the new model lost this when Toyota decided to put the spare wheel underneath the truck rather than on the back door which caused lots of talk here for a number of reasons.

Bought mine in July, next week will be 4 months exactly, 4200 miles

First oil change at 1200
Planning 2nd one at 5K

Still doing premium fuel
Ditto, just completed 5K, had the service done, Surprising Toyota mentioned not to rotate the tires. And advised at 10K. The decision to change can be taken by owner, But that will not be part of the service package due.

In the end, the 26MPG was attained. But in order to accomplish this. Your driving style must be comparable to that of a tortoise. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The 6.9 kmpl was achieved. 6.9 x 3.78 = 26.11 mpg when multiplied by the US gallon (1 US gal = 3.78 liters). It was necessary to hear the Jack rabbit and other SUVs honking in exasperation.😢😢😢😢

I know I saw a guy with a 2024 that he was doing 10,000 miles per month and was at like 70,000 so far on a Facebook group.

6.9 KM/L is 16.2 MPG ;)

26 MPG is 11 KM/L

I’m coming up on 15,000. 2024 FE. No issues except the brake squeal in the morning backing out. Have done beaches, rocky trails, arroyos, steep ranch trails I usually only take the polaris on, never had even a moment of uncertainty. Vehicle is certainly fit for purpose. We’ll see if it’s got a Toyota body on frame lifespan.

Same 1 year and 15k miles (4 oil changes). Love the vehicle and it is unstoppable. Best vehicle purchase I have made in awhile. Currently own 6 vehicles too. Traded in a full size truck for it and have never looked back.

*I will add a bigger fuel tank if offered eventually.

6.9Km/L equals 16 US MPG 😬

Just turned 27000 km or 16000 miles on my stock 1958 running premium at all fills - happy to say no issues except Apple CarPlay which is a pain for randomly disconnecting and other gremlins - dealer has contacted Toyota as they can't seem to fix it and it has done it when using their phone when the tech was driving.

Just returned from a 7000km trip hauling my travel trailer - approx 4300 pounds loaded and averaged 13.9 L/100km or almost 17mpg ( didn't push it and kept the highway speed to 93km/hr which seems to be it's sweet spot - on the really big hills took the truck lane and mostly kept the speed the transports were doing except when they got really bogged down). As a reference the past 3 tanks of gas since getting home have an average of 8.4 L/100 km or about 28 mpg. of combined city and highway driving. (It will do better and has in the past when I tried to achieve the best possible at 6.2 l/100 or 39mpg !! but then I'll be getting lots of impatient drivers honking as I very slowly accelerate from traffic lights and coast to stops)

not even close to any record breaking, just a kewl # ^__^

tangentially related topic, this record-breaking user is complaining about some high pitch noise and suggests that it is breaks related, that I believe I've recently started hearing too 😬 (after recent little offroad adventure 😅 ). FWIW I had no serious problems with reverse breaks squeal, just couple random incidents, nothing consistent, so probably unrelated issues 🤔 :
