I personally wouldn't use a spacer lift on the LC250, but that's me. If you don't go offroad and it's just for looks it's less of an issue, but will likely impact ride quality a bit (if you like a stiffer ride, you might like it).
I cycled the suspension and found that there was 8.5mm extra shock travel left at full bottom out (bump stop fully squished into metal housing). I made an 8mm (5\16") spacer for myself, but a 3/8" spacer should be fine if you are not jumping.
Bottoming out the shock first will be harder than the previous generations, as the shocks now have bumps on the shock shafts.
