Good experience at dealer

Tidewater area of VA LC owners I had a pleasant experience at the service department at Checkered Flag Toyota on Virginia Beach Blvd. I cannot say the same about the service department where I bought my LC.

Same here. My Subaru dealer was great.

Hoping for the same with the dealer I just visited.

While on a road trip and many, many miles from home my experience at the dealership in Gresham Oregon was outstanding!! Made a call said I was from out of town, needed service and got me into service for an appointment within 2 hours of calling!!

That reminds me. I had a similar experience with a Subaru dealership in Dover Delaware. Battery died the morning of a road trip to Nova Scotia. Jump started our Outback and kept her running until we reached a dealership tag was open (we departed Norfolk, VA at 0400). Contacted the dealer told them I needed a new battery. They took us in replaced the battery in under an hour and we were back on the road. Seems as if the Subaru dealerships are a cut above???

Happy to hear things went well this time. There are good and bad stealerships. When you find one you like stay with it. There is a review process to report your experience good or bad for interventions.
