Front License Plate Bracket Install --

It doesn’t have an actual pic of it on the Land Cruiser though. Does it install below that black piece where the license plate would normally get drilled on?

Today I was able to use zip ties (24 inches) and adhesive foam (1 inch place on the bottom and between the screw holes on the top) to secure the license plate holder to the bumper. See photos. If u can live w 2 zip ties that look like it might be part of the bumper and that the bracket isn’t completely flushed to the it…this could be one solution for those of us that don’t want to drill into the bumper. I still prefer zip tying to the bottom grill mesh for cleaner look

I just passed the zip tie through a honey comb structure behind the bumper that serves as a conduit and it comes out on the top of the bumper where the radiator and grill area. It takes a few tries to get through the right one. It’s best to have the hood up and feed it from the bottom while looking up to see the light from the engine area. See photos.
