FOGGING INTERIOR

Hi guys this winter season I see a tremendous amount of fogging in the cabin (almost all the shutters are white out). It takes a while to clear out too. They tried stealing my car a month ago and we recovered it. did lots of part replacements inside. I was wondering whether toyota missed anything. Please advice

I feel like the defrosters work very well on the 250. Something I have been happy with and thought about actually.
Has your truck gotten wet inside and never had a chance to thoroughly dry in the cold? That could make a difference.

I read somewhere the sunroof drains in the headliner are very fragile and if they were damaged, that could be your issue.

We just finished a cross country drive from MN to CO. We drove in a blizzard for 200 miles of that. High cross winds, drifting snow, blowing snow. Our truck was loaded up with two adults and a big dog. It was below zero much of the drive. I was super impressed with the heating system, the defrosting system, heated seats, and our FE LC’s ability to hold the snow covered roads at 50mph. The only time it frosted up was when I closed off the outside air vent (circulating). Otherwise, perfect.

Glad you had a safe journey. Curious if you were running factory tires or snow tires and how they performed?

Stock tires for the FE. They held the snow covered road masterfully. No spinning or slipping. We spend winters in Colorado and they have been awesome. Quiet on the highway too.
