@sweet5ltr - no issues with rubber stretch? Or replaceable? The only reason I dropped a buck & a half on the clamshells is that every other device I've used had a rubber strap that stretched over time and eventually became a loose fit. Those mounts were great at first
I think the pitch of the mounting points are different between our handles. My handles are slotted and the mounting holes used are about 185mm/7-5/16 apart.I believe they are these two circle holes:

My Agency6 mounting holes are slotted as well. I thought that Agency6 had a couple of size options available, and I know that I did a bunch of measurements and used their detailed dimensions images to determine if it would fit where I put it. But, it looks like they only have one, and my shop.com buyer history shows the same size as what is available. I dunno... I definitely don't think there is a "right" way so all's well that ends well.
To @sweet5ltr and @Ed1's point, I think I like how you've got it mounted better... but I'm not willing to deal with hassle of moving it right now!
I would have to look again, but I'm pretty certain it is just a mounting screw for the side plate/fairing. I saw that and didn't want to say anything negative, but I do believe that is the weak point in your mounting method since we already know the fairings are just facia.

Just TRIED to move the handle .... going back to different sized handle explanation. The only two existing holes on the rack side sheet metal my handles line up are the ones I used. At least I only took off one handle before trying reinstall!
That confirms that the 6” handles on their site (same price as the standard grab handles on their site) are a different size. I can’t locate the file now, but there used to be an attachment on the website showing exact dimensions. I bought the 6” handles because they matched the measurement of hole-to-hole where I installed mine.

How did you get to fit? I order the $12 Amazon one but they are in no way fit with any holes on the side. I can probably improvise something to mount them but they certainly do not fit my OEM roof rack.
