Factory Liftgate Lights Not Working

Recently purchased a new 2027 Land Cruiser, and after using at night realized the factory accessory liftgate lights don't come on. Light switch is set to "DOOR".

Any thoughts? Hoping to avoid a trip to the dealer to get them working.

Trying changing the switch position first.
Go to setup (of course you read the manual), LIGHTING and see if there are settings you can change in there.
Third if no luck, maybe a simple loose plug.
