Engage 4HI and 4LO once a month?

Hi everyone this is my first 4x4 I was looking at the manual and did not see anything about engaging 4HI or 4Low just to keep things lubricated. Is everyone here using 4hi and 4lo once a month or every so often? Any insight would be helpful.

Don’t really need to since these are a full time four wheel drive.
