Gorgeous. I want one to pair with my Dutchie, but he's not quite ready yet.

We looked and looked for a Dutch or a Malinois, knew I’d snag whichever first came along with the right temperament. We wanted the fawn female pictured (Murphy) but she was the holdback so we picked the Mahogany boy (Bucky). 6 months later and she came available this past weekend. Being siblings they were a very quick pairing.

the rubber gasket around the opening of the tailgate - he keeps stepping on it to get out of the truck and the gasket slips off and has to be wedged back in. is this a common issue or did they forget to "glue" mine?

the mahogany and dark sable ones are amazing. but whichever color you get when you choose the right one on in the inside first.

I'll take a look this afternoon, can't say I've noticed. Mine jump and an out like fur missiles, so if it's systemic to the LC I will see it.

Not just you, it happens to me all the time. pretty annoying tbh

It's how they came.....LOL no pets, but it seems like mine comes loose extremely easy with just me climbing in and out. I thought about glueing it in place but decided not as I'd rather have to slip it back in place verses ripping it. Probably why mine came with a protective cover, That I've never used.....LOL

Fingers crossed, knock on wood, my terrorists have yet to knock mine loose. I will keep an eye on it. Is your’s a 2024?

It really should have happened by now. I’ve been loading/unloading 10x 45lb weights for some side research. Noticed my mpg during the first (roughly) 1/2 tank is around 25.5mpg, and my 1/2 to empty is around 22. Been offsetting weight loss and playing with loading above the tank. Should post it elsewhere in this forum because the numbers directly support my theory, but alas… my gasket is ok for now

Thank you. His mom was the Mal, his dad was the shepherd. When I DNA tested him, this is what we got:

• 46% German Shepherd Dog
• 45% Belgian Malinois
• 4% Australian Cattle Dog
• 2% White Swiss Shepherd
• 2% Shiloh Shepherd Dog

Just an absolutely wonderful dog. Smart, protective and well socialized. Very calm and just a big love. He loves going with me to Starbucks and Home Depot.

My two’s sire is from a 100% german line, and the dame is 3 generation down from a GSD cross for size. Result is a 75lb, 8 month old boy. I love them

The seatbelt restraint has taught Atlas to stay where he belongs while keeping him safe. He’d probably stay where he belongs without it, but we all rest easier when he’s buckled up.

English, but he's big for the breed. His parents are 50 and 60 pounds. He's 85.
