Dealer scratched my previously pristine Land Cruiser. Advice?

I took my car on the first day I owned it - to have a roof rack and tent installed. While they were demo-ing how to setup the tent - they made a long scratch in the roof to the metal with the spring steel piece of the tent.

I just said “thanks”, because the first scratch is the hardest to make. Now i drive through skinny trails and have hundreds of scratches. Maybe try to think of it as a good thing. These are Landcruiser after all.

that's the way to go. about to do my 500 mi oil change, but i also need to find some good ramps.

heard some bad stuff about nalley and world/atlanta toyota. can't you get them to replace your wheel(s)?? i would demand it. if they deny you, call Southeast Toyota. seriously.
I have complained to SET in the past about a Toyota Dealer in Florida (which is where SET is based) and they did not care in the slightest.

As far as SET is concerned, as long as dealers make SET money, SET is happy.

Which is somewhat surprising because Jim Moran was known to be a really standup guy, but maybe that was just him and not his business.

Learned this one the hard way myself. My '02 4R. First, I noticed an outie ding on my hood on the drv. side after a spark plug replace. Turned out to be a wrench they closed it on. Second was an upie (if you will) dent on drv. side running board from not looking at the e'ffing frame when lifting it. Lastly, totally marred the hell out of the OEM center cap on one wheel by not removing it prior to defacing it w/ the unGodly, formula One car sounding impact wrench on a tire rotation.
