Crying Out for Help = MPG

If I drive more than 10 miles in a sedan - for whatever reason I get Sciatica bad (sitting low to the ground)- plus in LA where everyone's jacking around distracted texting etc - you do not want to be low to the ground - dead man walking.
had that issue, sure it's not piriformis syndrome, sometimes sciatica is caused by piriformis syndrome

FYI you could possibly get a lighter rim and gain more MPG, not sure what your Lock wheel weighs but you mentioned already you are happy with them

When you posted your thread I had to punch those tires into โ€œthe Google,โ€ had never heard of them before.

May the Nittos serve you well ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
The mobile installer had never heard of them either - but kept saying damn these are freaken heavy - he guessed they were 10lbs more than my new Nittos - I then used a luggage scale I have to weigh them and the Delium;s weighed 60.3lbs - even thou claimed was 54lbs - so I'm saving over 10lbs per corner with my Nitto's.

Lock Wheels 30.3 lbs so lighter than a lot of Methods, etc (not BBs)

piriformis syndrome, = thank you - I think you nailed it - just looked up some stretches - some I already do (but not enough).

you have to properly activate and strengthen your glutes also internal and external hip rotators. Some deep myofascial release (aka Self Myofascial Release) of the piriformis, lacrosse ball is perfect. Battled this for years and finally back to cycling. No PT or Drs could cure this, research on youtube and major help from my local Functional Trainer

yea not bad, could be worse. The reason I didn't go with methods ~ 32lb . thats almost 10lbs over factory 18s @ 26 lbs.
Enjoy the ride
26# is pretty low for cast wheels and lower than the Tundra BBS forged 18" at around 28#.

Jesus - thank you.

I got ride of my Rubicon JLUX for two reasons. First was multiple transmission repairs in the first 1,000 miles. Second was that I was getting 13.7 miles/gal on my commute to work. In my LC itโ€™s 21-22.

Smart move - I love my new LC - especially - with my new Nitto G3 tires that are seriously getting almost 5mpg more than the pieces of dookie tires mine came with:) = tires make a huge difference.
