Beer of the Day Thread

Something a bit different for me tonight. An old fashioned. About the easiest drink to actually make. Distinct lack of garnish in my house though, so no orange peel. I’d read to throw some orange bitters in instead. Which I did. End result was fine for zero bartending skills.

But I definitely don’t have the right glassware. This one is Libbey Artica but a 12oz size. Totally wrong for a rocks glass, but ok. I’ll have to look for a nice set.

Nothing wrong with Coors Banquets! Here’s one I rather enjoyed recently.

Lawson's is great, one of my favorites. Here's mine for tonight, a great hazy from a small brewery outside of Chicago.

Enjoying some Ex Novo - Mexican Lager.

Thought it was Abq only but can says brewed in Portland or Corrales 🧐.
Albuquerque has solid brewery options with La Cumbre and others👌
