I was driving in to work today, and my audio just straight up stopped. whether i was on radio, car play..etc. it just won't play audio. It still beeped when i approached parking, so the speakers work...but when i try to turn the audio up or down, it doesn't show the sound level increasing or decreasing. Anybody dealt with this? i tried turning audio on/off, and i think I did a reset, but that seemingly didn't work. Any other ideas?

I reset mine by disconnecting the Neg and small black plug next to it.
I saw earlier today where someone got an OTA update and if everyone got one, that may have confused the Infotainment computers.
