Both options were ON on my vehicle. So, I think there is noise cancelling and engine sound enhancement going on by default.

Already been stated numerous times. Also stated is it recognizes the ECUs and works. Same as J300 which is supported.

I haven’t driven it yet after the update. I’ll take it out tomorrow.

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of those insistent pop up messages in your gauge cluster? For example, when I turn off traction control, I get a pop up message telling me what I already know. If you push the “back” button, it goes away for a few seconds and then comes right back. This is super annoying because it blocks whatever I’m trying to see (ex. transmission temp) and it’s completely redundant because of the normal, amber TCS light that comes on when TCS is disabled.

Are we just screwed unless Toyota fixes this with an update? Anybody know a work around?

Aftermarket Sub Feeback Noise - Turn off ANC

The short answer is turn off the ANC (active noise cancelling). You will need an obd reader and the Carista app to do so. But that'll solve the feedback. My saga below: I've been fighting my aftermarket sub having terrible feed back. It happened everytime I started the car (couple loud thumps)...
