30 Day Dealer Hold on the GX550

A few members of the GX Forum are reporting this morning about a 30-day hold on all new GX550s. I wonder if we'll see something similar happen with the Land Cruiser?

Just got this from my sales rep. Good Morning! I hate sending this so much!! We just got some bad news that all GX’s are going to be delayed for up to 30 days for quality control. I’m so sorry and I will keep you updated on everything I hear 😞 Anyone else receiving this notification?

It's already been happening to the Cruisers. There are multiple threads on this forum about it. Almost all of them nationwide are on hold.

Quality Control Delays!!

I’ve got deposits at two different dealerships, in two different states for Heritage Blue, Land Cruiser trim level, premium package with 20” wheels. Got a call from both dealerships stating my VIN was “randomly” selected for quality control. Coincidence? I will not be playing the lottery today…
