I picked up my 2025 LC less than a month ago. The rear outlet was not a consideration at all as I have no ambitions of using it for camping.
On Friday a tree took out a transformer and the power lines for the 22 houses on our block. Not great timing with high temps close to 100 degrees all weekend. Suffered through the first night at home and then spent two nights in a hotel just to beat the heat.
Got to use my new Land Cruiser's battery to run our basement freezer for 3 and 1/2 days.
By the last day I was running the freezer, 3 fans, complete audio system, TV, cable, internet and a lamp all off the truck. Would have tried my main refrigerator too if it wasn't installed in such a tight cabinet. Wife didn't want be to scratch the floors.
The LC motor itself cycled on and off once in a while and used somewhere between 4 and 5 gallons of gas over the 3 days.
