Like a lot of people here I am so frustrated that I spent over 70k on a car and after having it for less than a year the windshield is cracked and I can’t seem to get an answer about a new one.
I’m using the glass place that my local Toyota dealer uses and they have told me repeatedly that the windshield should have came in by now and it will be here any day. I can’t get a straight answer on what that means though. Toyota doesn’t know, the glass shop doesn’t know. Like why can nobody tell me where the glass is. Is the glass in the US? Has the glass even been manufactured yet?? Nothing. Does anybody know anything about the status of windshields? Has anyone been able to get one recently?
